María Sol Rubio explains to Law.com the current situation of the legal sector in Chile

After the election of the new president of the Republic, many Chileans will seek legal help in Chile and will stimulate the demand for legal services in the U.S. and Latin America

Chile’s presidential election for the period 2022-2026 began last November 21, 2021, with the second round taking place on December 19, the day on which Gabriel Boric was consolidated as president-elect of the Republic. After this, many Chileans will seek legal assistance for the sale of assets, investments abroad and even immigration.
